Technical Due Diligence:Triggered externally by a transaction (investment, acquisition, financing round). The goal is an objective assessment to serve as a basis for decision-making for third parties. Result: a standardized report with scores and ratings.

Technical Health Check: Triggered internally by the company itself ("Where do we stand?"). The goal is a self-diagnosis with a concrete roadmap for improvement. Result: a prioritized 6-12 month roadmap.

Step 2: Analysis & Interviews

We review source code, system architecture, infrastructure, processes, and documentation. In addition, we conduct interviews with the development team and relevant stakeholders. Step 3: Report & Results Presentation

You receive a structured report that includes:

A score from 0–100 for each assessment category
A four-level rating system for every checkpoint:GOOD / NORMAL / RISKY / RED FLAG

Key Findings, including unexpected insights, valuable additional information, and implicit knowledge uncovered during the review
