About MPOWR IT

We are three senior developers and architects who have been building, scaling and securing software systems for over 25 years. What unites us is our commitment to making technical decisions that really make a difference and to empowering teams to grow independently of those decisions.

Who we are

In 2016, our paths crossed for the first time as founders of PHP USERGROUP DRESDEN e.V. – a community based on the exchange of knowledge, problem-solving and a shared passion for technology. With a strong foundation in teams and team leadership, we offer the expertise companies need to take their IT to the next level.

Holger Woltersdorf

Software Architecture & Team Enabling

Holger is a systems and software architect, a passionate developer and a team facilitator. He has over 20 years’ experience as a developer and team leader in the mobile communications, fashion and food e-commerce sectors, as well as in other industries.

Ralf Junghans

Data Science & Software Development

Ralf is an experienced data scientist who develops customer-focused applications and APIs. He has worked for more than 10 years as a software developer and architect on scientific research projects and at several start-ups.

Patrick Pächnatz

Cloud Architecture & Security

Patrick is an infrastructure solutions architect and security expert with a strong background in software development. He has worked in the IT sector for more than 25 years and has set up and secured numerous product environments in data centres worldwide.
