We analyse where AI can create measurable value in your organisation, what currently blocks your systems and which measures offer the greatest potential. The outcome is a prioritised roadmap your team can put into action.
Duration: about 5–7 minutes · No registration required
An AI Readiness Assessment is a structured technical and organisational review of your company across four connected perspectives: processes, architecture, code and governance. The result is a practical action plan with three to five prioritised measures, clear responsibilities, a realistic budget framework and measurable KPIs.
If several of these questions cannot be answered with confidence, the foundations for reliable AI initiatives are usually still incomplete.

We do not assess processes, architecture, code and governance in isolation. We look at how they work together as one system.
We analyse where repeatability, data volume and recognisable patterns support AI, and where it can create measurable improvements in time, cost or quality. We also identify gaps in the data foundation.
We identify what currently blocks AI integration, such as data silos, missing API layers or overly tight coupling, and define what needs to be addressed next.
We assess whether your codebase is navigable, changes are traceable and knowledge is documented explicitly enough for AI-assisted development to work safely.
We review monitoring, quality control, responsibilities and regulatory requirements such as GDPR, the EU AI Act and industry-specific obligations.
After the assessment, you know where your organisation genuinely stands with AI. We state clearly what already works, where technical or organisational risks remain and which topics should be addressed first. We work at eye level with your development team and translate technical findings into sound business decisions.
Instead of a long list of initiatives, you receive three to five clearly prioritised recommendations that fit your situation. Each recommendation comes with a measurable success indicator, so your team knows where to start and how to recognise progress. You also receive an AI Readiness Certificate and a complimentary follow-up call for questions that arise later.
Depending on scope, an AI Readiness Assessment with MPOWR IT typically takes two to four weeks.
Start with our free quick check. It takes around 5–7 minutes and gives you an initial orientation. We then define the scope and a fixed-price proposal together.
In a one- to two-day workshop, we analyse all four perspectives with the relevant stakeholders and review code, architecture and documentation.
You receive a written action plan with three to five prioritised areas, each with concrete tasks, a realistic budget framework and a measurable KPI.
We improved the performance, maintainability and security of infrastructure components for Digistore24 while reducing technical complexity through pragmatic guidelines and focused tooling.
Together with engineers and developers, we are building a software and infrastructure solution for industrial battery storage systems that integrates with renewable energy generation.
We built a reliable Kubernetes environment for testing and production and designed a central IAM foundation for PALIGO’s growing multi-service platform.
The free quick check takes around 5–7 minutes and shows where a reliable foundation already exists and which topics should be clarified first.
It is designed for mid-sized companies and scale-ups that want to use AI productively and need a reliable technical and organisational basis for investment decisions.
Yes. Existing use often makes the review more valuable because we can examine real workflows, code, architecture and governance instead of working with assumptions.
Yes. We recommend starting with all four perspectives for a coherent baseline, but individual areas can be deepened or commissioned separately when the situation is already clear.
The AI Readiness Assessment focuses on the conditions for reliable AI use across processes, architecture, code and governance. A Technical Health Check assesses the broader quality and resilience of systems and development practices.
Depending on scope and stakeholder availability, the assessment usually takes two to four weeks.
We define the scope in a short discovery call and provide a transparent fixed-price proposal based on the systems, teams and perspectives involved.
